On 25 October, Armenia’s first cultural policy platform – ASA FORUM – was launched in Yerevan.

Funded by the European Union under the KATAPULT project, and implemented by AGBU Armenia, Creative Armenia, and ArtNexus Sweden, this forum aims to strengthen cultural policies and encourage innovative collaborations.

It brings together government officials, diplomats, creative professionals, and business leaders to discuss the future of Armenia’s creative economy.

ASA FORUM will soon be announcing panel discussions, networking opportunities, and the inaugural ‘Business to Arts’ awards ceremony.

“Culture is essential for EU – Armenia relations,” EU Ambassador Vassilis Maragos said. “It not only strengthens our mutual understanding and fosters deeper ties and collaboration between our societies, but also strengthens Armenia’s resilience and economic development.”

He added that the ASA Forum was a significant step forward in establishing a platform where cultural policy, creative economy, and cross-sector partnerships could come together to create tangible change.
