According to Armenian media, the amnesty draft is expected to affect over 20,000 people, including those who participated in military operations defending Azerbaijan’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, their relatives, and vulnerable groups. Over 5,000 prisoners are expected to be released, the sentences of more than 3,000 reduced, and nearly 4,000 granted conditional release.
We call for justice and humanity: 23 Armenian hostages are still being held. Each of them deserves to come home safely.
