The European Court of Human Rights has ordered Azerbaijan to provide a report on the detention conditions and health of 23 Armenian hostages held in Baku, with a deadline of November 4.

Siranush Sahakyan, the legal representative of the prisoners before the ECHR, told Azatutyun that the detainees have been held in complete isolation for nearly three months.

“Not a single independent international organization has been granted access to them. At present, there is no information about their detention conditions, health status, or psychological state,” Sahakyan said.
