Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stressed the urgency of finalizing a peace deal with Azerbaijan, based on mutual recognition of sovereignty. He reaffirmed his commitment by stating, “If our constitutional court considers this new agreement with Azerbaijan noncompliant with the constitution, I would personally initiate constitutional reforms that would allow us to go ahead.”
Pashinyan also highlighted the “Crossroads of Peace” project to boost regional stability through infrastructure and economic connectivity.
