Corsica Assembly adopts resolution demanding Armenian Genocide recognition

corsicaCorsican Assembly has unanimously adopted resolution demanding recognition of the Armenian Genocide, France 3 Corse ViaStella reported.,

The text will be handed over to France’s Foreign Ministry to be sent to the Turkish government.The resolution introduced by Assembly member Jean Biancucci was passed unanimously.

As reported earlier, Corsican Assembly member Jean Biancucci has proposed a resolution to the Corsiacn Assembly on behalf of the political coalition ‘Femu A Corsica’.

“The Corsican nation and its elected officials should have their say in the realization and recognition of that crime against the Armenian nation,” the document reads.
